Omaha Weekend & Zoo

We spent Easter weekend in Omaha!  Enjoying a night away - eating, shopping & visiting the Omaha Zoo!  Kids loved staying at the hotel and it was within walking distance of the downtown & Old Market areas.  We wandered around, got dinner, took a carriage ride, had ice cream & swam at the hotel pool!  The weather was just perfect all weekend!

The next day we spent about 5 hours at the zoo and had a ball!  The kids especially loved the Aquarium, Big Cat exhibit & the many gorillas.  The polar bear was great fun too, as you will see in the pictures!  He put on quite a show, swimming laps back & forth right next to the window!  We also had fun on the train ride & the carousel.  All in all, a great weekend in Omaha!
